Due to the personal use and custom nature of our Falsetto® Nails, they are non-refundable.  You cannot cancel or modify your order after (6) six hours once your order is placed.  If you wish to cancel your order after the (6) six hour grace period, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.

We cannot guarantee the fit of your Falsetto® Nails if we don't have your sizes on file.
