We start allocating supplies for your order when it is received. You have 2 hours to cancel or modify your order. After 2 hours, it can not be modified or cancelled. If you have any questions before placing your order, don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to help.
We always recommend our clients to purchase a sizing set before ordering. While waiting for it to arrive ( 2-3 days) you can have fun and create looks using our online designer, browse our collections or book your 1:1 Design Session.
Once you receive your sizing set and upload your sizes, we keep them on file for future orders.
To upload your nail sizes, sign into your client account and click on Profile. You will be able to update your sizes there.
We create 50 pieces of each design in each size. Once they are sold out, they can't be purchased unless we re-release or if you book a Bespoke Design Session.
A full set in (10) ten nails. We create your full set using the nail sizes we have on file. If we don't have your sizes, please purchase a sizing set.
Online Designer
In your cart, you will see your design. Click on it and it will take you back to our Online Designer with the set you created.
Looks on our Online Designer change throughout the year. We like to focus on trending, seasonal and classical looks. If you don't see what you are looking for or have a certain look in your head, book a Design Session.
Mostly, it's a timesaver. Some clients have a color in mind they want to start with and when you select it as a base color, you don't have to select that same color for every single nail.
Don't worry. If you select a starting base color, you still can change individual nails to other solid colors and looks.
Design Sessions
With our Online Designer, you are able to create a custom set, in real-time, from curated looks. When you book a Design Session, you get access to our entire library of colors, desings and embellishments.
Absolutely!! During your Design Session, you will design your looks and we send sizing sets to your bridal party. Once we have their sizes, we create the custom looks and mail them to you or to them directly.
